Merlin Olsen | Mormon Footballers

[sc:top_left_adsense300x250_1] A defensive tackler, Merlin Olsen is a famous Mormon football player who holds the league record for being named to the Pro Bowl on no less than fourteen consecutive occasions, the most of any other player. Olsen was famously part of what was known as the ‘Fearsom Foursome’, who terrorised any attacking players with their ironclad defence. Following Olsen’s final season, this celebrity Mormon football was elected to Pro Football’s Hall of Fame in recognition of his talents.
