Jeffrey Jones | Mormon Politicians

[sc:top_left_adsense300x250_1] A graduate of Brigham Young University, Jeffrey Jones was a famous Mormon senator who worked in Mexico, being the first Mormon to be elected to a seat of high office in this country. Jones was responsible for participating in committees on Agriculture, Foreign Affairs, and for Border Affairs for which he assumed the role of President. This celebrity Mormon has another claim to fame, though. He is a descendent of Daniel Jones; the famous Mormon missionary who led the way for leading missions of Mormonism to Mexico.
